ABOUT
All Seasons Psychology exists to support the mental and emotional wellbeing of children and adolescents through every season of their lives.
All Seasons Psychology is established by Vera Liang, a registered psychologist, who has been providing psychological support for young children and their families since 2010. Vera believes in the importance of establishing a genuine and authentic therapeutic relationship with her clients and strives to create a warm, supportive and safe space for her clients to find their strengths and work through their challenges. Vera believes that all her clients possess unique strengths and deserve the right to feel safe and loved and live their lives to their fullest. Vera is proficient in speaking English and Mandarin and is able to provide therapy and some assessments in both languages.
Vera has three young daughters and understands the joy and challenges of parenting. As a mother of three girls, Vera is especially passionate about supporting the mental and emotional wellbeing of girls experiencing different challenges in their lives.
When not at work, Vera enjoys going for long drives and spending quality time with her family. Vera also loves going for walks, catching up with friends and indulging in rare quiet moments on her own.
SERVICES
PSYCHOLOGICAL INTERVENTION
Vera specialises in talk therapy and engages the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and a strengths based perspective when working with her clients. Vera also incorporates playful and creative techniques in her sessions to establish rapport with her young clients. Vera provides intervention in a private setting and has interests in supporting children and adolescents in the following areas:
Emotional regulation
Anxiety
Depression
Self esteem / confidence

** Please note that NDIS funds cannot be use for diagnostic assessments such as an ASD diagnostic assessment. You will require a referral from your paediatrician / psychiatrist to receive Medicare rebate for an autism assessment. OTHER SERVICES
All Seasons Psychology believes in the importance of a multi-disciplinary approach in supporting the different challenges in a child's development. All Seasons Psychology has a partnership with Blackburn Speech and Paediatric Therapy, which provides bilingual intervention in speech therapy, occupational therapy as well as play therapy to children of all ages.
